A fine property, the Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna offers excellent quality and service in a beautiful setting, with the Angsana Spa adding an attractive pampering option.
The Mövenpick El Gouna is located on the shores of the Red Sea, overlooking the lagoon and just a short distance from El Gouna's main facilities.

Board basis details
The Mövenpick El Gouna is sold on a bed and breakfast basis, which includes buffet style breakfast in the main restaurant. Upgrade to half board to include buffet style dinner in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, upgrade to all-inclusive to receive the following package;
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast served in the Palavrion and Il Limone restaurants (7am-10.30am), or late continental breakfast served in the Palavrion restaurant (10.30-11.30am).
Lunch: Buffet lunch served in the Palavrion restaurant (1pm-3pm), or a la carte lunch served in the Il Limone restaurant (12.30pm-4pm), Oasis Pool restaurant (summer midday - 5pm, winter midday-4.30pm), or Lagoon pool restaurant (summer midday - 5.30pm, winter midday-5pm). Alternatively, an LE50 credit is available for use at El Sayadin restaurant.
Dinner: Buffet dinner served in the Palavrion restaurant (summer 6.30pm-11pm, winter 6pm-11pm), or antipasti buffet and a la carte dinner served in Il Limone restaurant (summer 6.30pm-10.30pm, winter 7pm-10.30pm), or set dinner menu at the Bua Khao Thai restaurant (summer 7pm-10.30pm, winter 6.30pm-10.30pm). Kids menu available in the a la carte restaurants. Guests can also attend the Bedouin dinner every Wednesday (€10 supplement per person). Alternatively, an LE60 credit is available for use at El Sayadin restaurant.
Snacks: Afternoon tea & coffee in the Gallery bar (3pm-5pm) plus a selection of cakes. Mövenpick ice cream is served by the scoop (11am-5pm), served at the pool bars.
Beverages: A selection of local beverages (11am-11pm) including local soft drinks, local beer, local house wine, canned juice, still mineral water and tea & coffee are available from all outlets during their individual opening hours. 1 refill of beverages in your minibar is also included.
Sports & leisure: Sports activities include tennis and squash including raquets and balls (10am-3pm), tennis and squash lessons (twice weekly), table tennis and use of the fitness room, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Pedal boats, canoe and bicycle rental (1 hour per stay), 30 minutes kite surfing lesson (once per stay), 30 minutes windsurfing lesson (once per stay) and weekly guided walking tour to downtown El Gouna.
Locations and opening hours are subject to seasonal changes and change without notice, if necessary. Fresh juices, imported soft and alcoholic beverages, selected Egyptian wines, special teas and coffees, spirits, cocktails and minibar snacks are not included in the all-inclusive programme. Orders cannot be used for consumption outside of the restaurants.The all inclusive package ends at midday on your day of departure.

Please note that the Mövenpick El Gouna operates a dress code policy in the restaurants during the evening, which requires male guests to wear long trousers, shirts with sleeves and closed toe shoes.
Not all facilities are included on half board or all inclusive board bases.

Diving Guests staying at the Mövenpick El Gouna can dive with our chosen dive centre partner in El Gouna, Dive Tribe - conveniently located at the Movenpick. Dive Tribe offers a range of packages and courses for beginners and qualified divers, as well as a variety of watersports. El Gouna is the perfect base for wreck diving, with the famed Abu Nuhas 'ship graveyard' an hour and a half away by boat.
Snorkelling There are good snorkelling opportunities from the beach near the dive centre, as the sandy beach offers some small coral blocks - however, there is no house reef. Equipment can be hired on the beach. Alternatively, guests may choose to visit the islands of Tawila and Gubal, or various other snorkelling sites, on a boat day trip with Dive Tribe.
Golf
Guests staying at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa can access El Gouna's 18 hole championship golf course.
