The Steigenberger Al Dau is home to the Algotherm Thalasso and Spa, an elegant spa and wellness centre covering over 1000m2 that operates in cooperation with the French thalassotherapy specialists Algotherm.
Thalassotherapy uses the restorative properties of seawater and the seaside environment to supplement the body with naturally occurring minerals such as calcium, iodine, iron and magnesium.
Thalasso treatments can help improve metabolic function, boost blood circulation, tighten the skin and reduce cellulite.
Facilities include;
- heated indoor/outdoor saltwater pool
- Turkish bath
- saunas
- 10 treatment rooms (including 6 double cabins, all with showers)
- relaxing rooms
- daily aerobics classes
- cardio training area.
Guests must be at least 16 years old.
