Introduction

 

Part of the InterContinental Hotels Group Port Ghalib Resort, the Crowne Plaza Sahara Sands and Sahara Oasis Port Ghalib Resort consists of two joined hotels, sharing a single grand lobby and a warm Egyptian ambience. This comfortable, newly-opened Arabian retreat offers an array of facilities and activities for the whole family.

 

The Crowne Plaza Sahara Sands & Sahara Oasis Port Ghalib is built alongside a large man-made saltwater lagoon and private beach, just a short distance from the shops, bars and restaurants of the Corniche and Khan of Port Ghalib.

The Crowne Plaza Sahara Sands and Sahara Oasis Port Ghalib is sold on a half board basis, which includes buffet style breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant.

 

Upgrade to all inclusive to receive the following package:

 

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main Souq al Hana restaurant

- A selection of soft drinks, canned juices, American coffee, tea, local wine and local beer, served at the Crowne Plaza Sahara Lobby Lounge & Bar (9am-11pm) and the Souq al hana restaurant (during meal times).

 

All beverages are served by the glass. Food and beverage locations and timings may change without notice. Room service, speciality coffees, fresh juices, non-alcoholic cocktails, imported flavoured tea, ice tea, imported hard drinks, imported wines, imported beers and all bottled beers do not form part of the all inclusive.

Diving Guests staying at The Crowne Plaza Sahara Sands & Sahara Oasis Port Ghalib have access to Emperor Divers, our preferred dive centre partner in Marsa Alam - located nearby in Port Ghalib at the Marina Lodge. Courtesy vehicles will take you between the hotel and the dive centre, who offer a range of packages and courses for qualified divers as well as absolute beginners. Snorkelling Port Ghalib has two beach areas; the southern beach is ideal for swimming, while the eastern beach offers access via a jetty to the reefs that surround the resort, and is perfect for snorkellers. Alternatively, guests may choose to visit other nearby dive sites with Emperor Divers, our local dive centre partner.

 

Entertainment
