Introduction

 

The Marina Lodge Port Ghalib offers good standards of accommodation and service and is ideally located for divers and watersports enthusiasts, with Emperor Divers' dive boats operating their seamless 'zero transfer' diving from here. A family friendly hotel, the Marina Lodge also features a good range of facilities for children and adults alike.

 

The Marina Lodge Port Ghalib is located directly on the marina of the Port Ghalib development in Marsa Alam, overlooking the Red Sea, just a 5 minute drive from the corniche with it's shops, restaurants and bars.

Board basis details

 

The Marina Lodge Port Ghalib is sold on a half board basis, which includes buffet style breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant.

Upgrade to all inclusive receive the following package;

 

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant (6.30am-10am), featuring hot and cold buffets, Oriental mezza, cereals and fruits. A late breakfast of bakery treats is also available (10.30am-11.30am).

Lunch: Buffet lunch in the main restaurant (12.30pm-3pm), featuring a live cooking station, a variety of hot dishes, salads, mezza, treats from the bakery, healthy options and kids' section.

Dinner: Buffet dinner in the main restaurant (7pm-10pm), featuring a live cooking station, a variety of hot dishes, salads, mezza, treats from the bakery, healthy options and kids' section.

Snacks: Light snacks (12:30pm-3pm) including pizza, pasta and salad served at Shark Bites. Afternoon tea and coffee (4pm-5pm) with home baked goods served at Shark Bites.

Beverages: A selection of local soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks, available from various outlets (11am-midnight).

Sports & leisure: Darts, boccia, table tennis, fitness room and pool games (by the hour).

 

All drinks are served by the glass. In-room mini bar usage is not included. All inclusive expires at midday on day of departure.

Any visit to the Red Sea wouldn't be complete without discovering the incredible variety of life and colour beneath the waves. Learn to dive in the Red Sea, or snorkel on some of the world's best reefs.

 

Diving Guests staying at the Marina Lodge have direct access to the dive boats operated by Emperor Divers, our preferred dive centre partner in Marsa Alam - which is located at the Moreen Beach (20km south of Port Ghalib). Offering a range of courses and packages for beginners and qualified divers. Snorkelling Port Ghalib has two beach areas; the southern beach is ideal for swimming, while the eastern beach offers access via a jetty to the reefs that surround the resort, and is perfect for snorkellers. Alternatively, guests may choose to visit other nearby dive sites with Emperor Divers.
