The spa and wellness centre at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm el Sheikh offers a wide range of fitness and beauty treatments, plus a fully equipped gymnasium, lap pool, sauna and steam room (complimentary for hotel guests) as well as a jacuzzi (pay locally).
Separate treatment rooms for men and women offer a range of treatments including different kinds of massages, body wraps for slimming and moisturising, facials with unique Daniela Steiner products, pedicures and manicures; outdoor spa treatment rooms are also available.
