Operated in cooperation with Les Thermes des Marins de Saint-Malo of France, the spa and thalassotherapy centre at La Residence des Cascades is one of the largest of its kind in the region. Treatment options include a 750 m2 Aquatonic pool, fitness and nutrition programs, a variety of hydrotherapies, seaweed wraps, underwater massages, a sea mist room, beauty care and post-natal recuperation programs.

Facilities include;

- 29 dry treatment cabins including 21 massage and beauty treatment cabins, 5 Thai massage cabins, gym and 3 mechanical treatment rooms

- 36 hydrotherapy cabins including 6 affusion treatment cabins, 6 underwater massage cabins, 10 Algotherapy cabins, 8 bubble bath cabins and 3 Oriental steam scrub cabins.

- 750m2 Aquatonic pool

- 180m2 Aquagym and lapp pool

- an exercise pool with jets

- sauna / steam room.
