The Sofitel Taba Heights features 442 individually air-conditioned rooms, including garden view, beach front and Plaza rooms as well as family suites. Each room has a telephone, satellite TV, safe, mini bar, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace.

Beach front rooms are located on the ground floor close to the beach, while Plaza rooms, with a panoramic sea view, are situated on the third floor and have a big terrace facing the pool or the sea. Guests staying in Plaza rooms receive a bathrobe and slippers, daily fruit basket or cookies and tea and coffee making facilities.

Family suites, located on the ground floor, offer 2 separate bedrooms and a connecting lounge with easy access to the pool and beach areas.

The Sofitel Taba Heights is sold on an all inclusive basis, which includes the following;

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant (7am-10am), early Continental breakfast (5am-7am) served in the main Aladdin restaurant and late Continental breakfast (10.30am-midday) available in the main bar.

Lunch: Buffet lunch in the main restaurant (1pm-3pm)

Dinner: Buffet dinner in the main restaurant (6.30pm-10.30pm)

Snacks: Snacks and ice cream (2pm-5pm) are served at the pool restaurant. Teatime snacks (5pm-6.30pm) and late evening snacks (11.30pm-12.30am) are available in the main bar.

Beverages: A selection of soft drinks, canned juices, local beer, local cocktails and local spirits (11am-11pm). Local wine will be served only during lunch and dinner.

Sports & leisure: Sports activities including tennis (during daylight hours), jacuzzi, table tennis and use of gym.

Times and locations are subject to change without notice. Not all hotel facilities are included in the all inclusive package. The all inclusive package ends at midday o your day of departure.

Diving & Snorkelling

Any visit to the Red Sea wouldn't be complete without discovering the incredible variety of life and colour beneath the waves. Learn to dive in the Red Sea, or snorkel on some of the world's best reefs.

Diving Guests staying at the Sofitel have access to the largest diving and water sports centre on the Red Sea, Red Sea Waterworld, offering diving courses for learners and qualified divers, diving packages and a range of water-sports including snorkelling trips and catamarans. A free shuttle bus operates all day between the hotels and the dive centre.

Snorkelling The Sofitel Taba Heights does not have its own house reef, but clusters of coral are accessible from the beach and offer snorkelling opportunities. Snorkelling equipment is available (at a cost) from a kiosk on the beach. Alternately, guests may choose to visit Pharaoh's Island or other snorkelling sites on a boat trip with Red Sea Waterworld.

Golf

Guests staying at the Sofitel Taba Heights have easy access to Taba Heights' 18 hole championship golf course, which can be reached by the complimentary resort shuttle bus or by foot.
