Five of Israel's leading hotel brands have teamed up to offer a deluxe multi-centre experience of Israel. Simply choose from the participating hotels, and create your own itinerary (minimum holiday length 7 days, with a minimum two night stay in each chosen hotel). You can select from the 5*+ Carlton Tel Aviv, 5*+ David Citadel Hotel Jerusalem, 5*+ Isrotel Royal Beach Eilat, 5*+ Carmel Forest Spa Haifa and 5*+ Isrotel Dead Sea Spa.

 

Sample Itinerary

 

Day 1 - 3

Depart from the UK for your flight to Tel Aviv. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to Jerusalem, where you will check into the 5*+ David Citadel Hotel for the next three nights. Enjoy two full days in Jerusalem, where you can sight see independently or book a tour. Highlights include the Via Dolorosa, the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Dome of the Rock, the Garden of Gethsemane and the Mount of Olives.

Day 4
 You will be transferred from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, where you will fly to Eilat. On arrival check into the 5*+ Isrotel Royal Beach (transfer from Eilat airport to hotel not included).

Days 5-7
Enjoy the near-perfect Red Sea climate and Eilat's laid back atmosphere. Take advantage of the VAT free shopping in Eilat's many designer shops and malls or enjoy a meal out at one of the many various restaurants or cafes. In resort there are several attractions including Dolphin Reef, where you can snorkel or dive with semi-wild dolphins in their natural environment, Coral World and the Underwater Observatory, where you can see all the marvels of the reef without getting your feet wet. For the more adventurous, there are excursions into the desert on quad bike or camel and for those interested in further cultural sites, St Catherine's Monastery, Mount Sinai, Petra and Cairo are all accessible on day trips. With calm, clear waters and reefs accessible from the shore, Eilat is also the perfect place to learn to dive, while qualified divers can book daily diving packages.

Day 8
You will check in to your internal flights to Tel Aviv at Eilat airport (transfers from hotel to Eilat airport not included). From Tel Aviv you will fly back to the UK.
