- Bourj Al Hamam is reputed to be one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the Middle East, famed for its fresh fish and seafood display, mixed grills and assorted mezza. Open for lunch and dinner, with seating both indoors and on the terrace overlooking the gulf.
- Deli Cafe serves simple, quick meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- The Beach Front offers snacks and drinks on the hotel's private beach and is open all year.

Snorkelling There are no snorkelling opportunities available from the hotel but Seastar, our chosen dive partner, will be able to provide a snorkelling day trip by boat. |
