Aqaba Border Procedures

For
holidays that use Ovda Airport in Eilat, guests must cross the Israel-Jordan
border at Aqaba, about an hours
drive from the airport.
All
guests will be required to pay taxes at the border, as follows:
Israeli departure tax - approx £10
Jordanian departure tax - approx £5 (on return journey)
NOTE: British passport holders do not currently require a visa
to enter
Israel, or Jordan if arriving at Aqaba. For more details regarding this
