The Sol y Mar Solaya Resort is located in the beautiful and unspoilt Madinat Coraya area of Marsa Alam, one of Egypt’s most peaceful destinations, just 5km from Marsa Alam International airport. The hotel is well located for divers and snorkellers as Madinat Coraya is one of the few bays on this stretch of coastline which allows easy access to the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea. |

The Sol y Mar Solaya Resort’s main restaurant, the Safari Restaurant, serves international buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner with ‘a la minute’ live cooking stations. All meals can be enjoyed either indoors or outside on the spacious terrace. Light meals and refreshing drinks are served throughout the day in The Tropicana Bar whilst The Savana Bar offers a variety of drinks in a relaxing atmosphere. After dinner drinks can be enjoyed in The Dar El Amar Café where guests can also sample the local Egyptian ‘Shisha’. |

Details of the standard all inclusive package at the Sol Y Mar Solaya Resort:
- 3 meals a day served buffet style in the main restaurant; breakfast (7.30am-10.30am), lunch (12.30pm-2.30pm), dinner (7pm-9.30pm)
- Late breakfast served until midday
- Snacks (12pm-6pm)
- Afternoon tea/coffee and cakes (5pm-6pm)
- Ice cream for children (9am-6pm)
- A selection of local soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks (9am-12am)
- Use of the gym, tennis courts (during daylight hours), steam bath, Jacuzzi and sauna plus archery, multi purpose sports area, beach volleyball, darts, football, water polo, basketball and mini golf.
Drinks at the hotel's disco are not included in the All Inclusive package. Guests are required to wear a special identity bracelet. |

Any visit to the Red Sea wouldn't be complete without discovering the incredible variety of life and colour beneath the waves. Learn to dive in the Red Sea, or snorkel on some of the world's best reefs.
Diving Guests staying at the Sol y Mar Solaya Resort have access to Emperor Divers, our preferred dive centre partner in Marsa Alam. Courtesy vehicles will take you between the hotel and the dive centre, who offer a range of packages and courses for qualified divers as well as absolute beginners. Snorkelling Coraya Bay offers easily accessible snorkelling, and is home to two beautiful house reefs which can be reached easily from the shore via access points. There is also a jetty which allows snorkellers to directly access the reefs in the deeper waters of the southern side of the bay. Alternatively, guests may choose to visit other nearby dive sites with Emperor Divers, our local dive centre partner. |
