Location: Alcazar Hotel and Club Murjan Beach Club, Aqaba. The Club offers ideal facilities for both divers and non-divers alike. There are three house reef systems to provide an extensive choice when diving at Club Murjan.
Dive centre transfers: Transfers from hotels to Seastar will be arranged if notified in advance.
Boat diving: Yes - available for minimum of 10 people.
Shore diving: Yes
Technical Diving available: Yes; advance notice required.
House reef: Yes, at Club Murjan with three house reefs (Eel Garden, Cazar Reef and First Bay), 10km from Seastar.
Diving day: Twice daily, leaving from the Alcazar hotel at 9am and at 1.30pm. Lunchtime dives are available at Club Murjan. Night diving is also available.
Nitrox: Yes - 7JD per tank.
Camera hire: On request
Lunch: Available at Club Murjan
Non-Divers: Welcome to accompany divers to dive sites for snorkelling. Entrance fee to Club Murjan 7JD per person.
Local rules & etiquette: A guide must accompany divers at all times. Night dives must be accompanied by a Coast Guard representative. Maximum depth is 30m.
Other facilities: Equipment storage at the Alcazar and Club Murjan. Two pools for diver training.

Packages, Courses & Prices

All Introductory dives and courses (Rescue diver) include equipment. Certification and study materials are not included in course prices. Study material must be purchased prior to departure from the UK, or locally (click here for further details). It is advisable to begin reading the manual prior to starting the course.
Packages for qualified divers include tanks, weights and air for 2 dives per day. PADI divers with the Scuba Diver qualification may have to pay a supplement locally for the services of a private guide.
