Yoga Diving offers an innovative way to learn to dive or improve your existing diving techniques. Combining ancient yoga breathing and relaxation practices with modern diving theory, Yoga Diving provides a unique underwater experience.

As an optional extra, you can also complement your underwater experience with meditation in the quiet majesty of the Sinai desert (includes Bedouin desert dinner, payable locally).

Yoga Diving for Beginners

If you have always wanted to learn to dive but are afraid to try, or are nervous about being underwater or confined breathing, Yoga Diving offers a relaxed, non-pressurised way in which to learn. You'll learn to dive in small groups, at your own pace, and will undertake the internationally recognised PADI Open Water Diver course. Emphasis is placed on individual attention, and helping you achieve your goals in your own time.

Yoga Diving for Qualified Divers

If you're a qualified diver, Yoga Diving can help improve your buoyancy, decrease your air consumption and increase your flexibility and stamina. The course for qualified divers also develops your body movement skills and finning techniques. The package includes:

  • 6-8 dives
  • Free diving instruction
  • 6 yoga classes demonstrating and teaching the union of yoga and diving
  • Extensive breathing practise, which helps you relax in the water, increase your buoyancy and decrease your air consumption
  • Learning of yoga postures, to increase your flexibility and stamina
  • Meditation, to help focus your mind and relax in the water.
