Between the hours of 7.30am & 3pm the Carmel Forest restaurant offers guests continuous service, providing a wide range of cuisine. Breakfast includes fresh fruit juices, cereals, egg dishes, fresh bread, salads and much more. The dairy lunch offers pasta and fish dishes, bakery goods including fresh baked quiches and desserts. Visits to the restaurant are unlimited during the above times.

CoffeeBerryTM Yoga Relaxation Skin Treatment - 50 minutes
A relaxing yoga skin treatment for the face: This is a compound treatment that includes a pumpkin and papaya peel, a massage, and the absorption of plant essences with a heady vanilla aroma by your skin. The treatment starts with a pressure massage and the client expelling breaths while simultaneously stretching and releasing the neck, face and scalp muscles. The treatment provides a high for both body and soul, and is recommended for every age and skin type, and for people with green awareness.
Honey, Salt & Cinnamon Peeling & Wrap - 45 minutes
Cleansing (removal of dead cells) purification, softening and nourishing the skin. The use of honey is known for its antibacterial properties and making the skin healthy. The fresh cinnamon powder contributes to a sense of warmth and relaxation.
Energy Glow Package - 4 treatments
Consists of a salt peeling (lavender, patchouli and vanilla), Swedish massage, Shiatsu and Reflexology.
Anti Stress Package - 4 treatments
Consists of a salt peeling (vanilla and coconut), Aromatherapy massage (50 min), Abianga (2 hands massage) and deep tissue massage.
