In fact, our programme is rapidly expanding, and we also offer a range of holiday packages and tailormade holidays across Classical Egypt, Central Israel, mainland Jordan and Morocco. Our expertise
We have 25 years' experience of providing holidays of the highest quality. Our staff have first-hand experience of most of the hotels, resorts and activities we offer, and that means they can use their experience to help you find the holiday most suited to you.
Within our reservations team, we have several specialist areas. If you're planning a holiday adventure to Egypt or Jordan, our tailormade team can provide you with quick, efficient and accurate quotes for the most challenging itinerary, using our unique quoting software. They're able to recommend a suitable multi-centre itinerary to match your dreams - including Nile Cruises, cities and beach resorts.
Our Israel team have great experience of the country and are able to answer the most specific requests - from Kibbutz holidays to city breaks in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv and beach holidays in Eilat.
Our specialist diving team, headed by PADI Divemaster Dan Lion, consists of real divers who have first-hand experience of diving in the Red Sea, and are able to offer all kinds of information and tips about the best places to learn to dive, visit the magnificent wrecks of the Red Sea, see whale sharks, and much, much more.
Our hotels
We have a very simple policy regarding our product - we don't contract hotels we wouldn't want to stay in ourselves. Every hotel on our programmes has been selected for a reason - some are luxurious properties with very upmarket dining and leisure facilities, others are small boutique hotels selected for their unique atmosphere and friendly service, while others offer access to some of the region's best golfing and spa centres.
We have a dedicated health and safety team who work with the hotels we feature to help them achieve and maintain high health and safety standards and observe best practice internally. We are especially known for selling big brand hotels at competitive prices, and we enjoy strong business partnerships with the likes of Hyatt, Hilton Worldwide, Oberoi, Intercontinental, Movenpick and Four Seasons, to name but a few.

In Egypt, Morocco and Jordan these largely reflect the official grade awarded the property by the relevant local Tourism Authorities. The official star grading in these countries may not reflect the standards required in the UK in order to obtain the same star grading. You should also bear in mind that standards might vary between hotels of the same grading in one city, or indeed in any other resort we feature. As there is a significant amount of variation between hotels of the same grade, we have awarded hotels of a very high standard a grading of 5L superior, or 5L deluxe, with the latter being the highest grade possible.
We also take into account feedback from our customers and information from our in-resort partners, and, using this, have in some cases awarded hotels a grading of 4L superior, which is between 4L and 5L. These variations from the official star grading have been applied to help you choose the most appropriate property and are for guidance purposes only, reflecting our honest evaluation based on the experiences of our customers and staff. They are not meant to be prescriptive.
As there is no official star grading in Israel, we have designed our own system for hotels featured in our programme, again depicted by the L (logo). These are our honest appraisal based on feedback from customers and staff who have visited the hotel. 3L hotels are of economy standard, 4L hotels are of a higher standard, 4L superior hotels offer a more superior standard of accommodation and service, 5L hotels offer the best standard and 5L superior and 5L deluxe hotels represent the very best quality of hotels available, with the latter offering an extra degree of luxury.
Our prices - no gloss, just quality & value
We're not the cheapest in the market - because we only contract hotels that meet our strict standards for quality and service. Most of the holidays we offer are 4L or above. However, we are extremely competitive on luxury hotels.
We use our established relationships with hoteliers to negotiate excellent rates and a host of added extras (such as free upgrades and other value-added offers) - and then, rather than spending the money saved on glossy marketing campaigns or leather ticket wallets, we pass the savings directly on to you.
