Red Sea specialists Longwood Holidays have launched their new season (Oct 2007-Oct 2008) Egypt & Jordan and Red Sea Diving Brochures.
The new Egypt & Jordan brochure further expands Longwood’s comprehensive range of over 100 hotels in the Red Sea and beyond with the addition of several more quality properties, including the 5* Grand Rotana Resort & Spa and 5* Conrad Resort in Sharm el Sheikh and 5* Le Meridien in Dahab.
The operator has also bolstered its classical Egypt programme with the introduction of several new Nile Cruise boats, including the 5* Deluxe Sonesta St George 1 and 5* Oberoi Sherayar; and two new multi-centre itineraries, ‘Wonders of Upper Egypt’ (4nts Luxor + 3nts Aswan) and ‘Ancient Treasures and Modern Adventures’ (7nts Nile Cruise + 1nt Luxor + 6nts Sharm el Sheikh).

New for the Red Sea Diving brochure is an innovative yoga diving programme, with options for both beginners and qualified divers. The programme incorporates the ancient breathing and meditation techniques of yoga to help divers improve buoyancy and air consumption, and develop flexibility and stamina. Nervous learners also benefit from increased relaxation and calmed breathing. Yoga diving is operated by Reef 2000 in Dahab, and prices start from £329, including PADI Open Water Course for learners.
Another new feature is range of specially-negotiated special offers at selected dive centres, including buy one get one free (for your buddy) and buy one get one half price (for your buddy) offers.
Sample holiday packages include 7nts BB at the 5* Grand Rotana Resort & Spa Sharm el Sheikh starting at £499, or 7nts AI at the 4* El Wekala Taba Heights from £399.
Sample diving packages start at £105 for a 5 day diving package (10 shore dives) with Reef 2000 Dahab, while PADI Open Water Courses start at £155 with Emperor Divers in Nuweiba. Yoga Diving courses start at £329.
