***Longwood Increases Red Sea Spring Allocation***

Red Sea specialists Longwood Holidays have increased their allocation to Taba and Sharm el Sheikh for Spring 2008, starting on the 7 February for Sharm and 11 February for Taba for 11 and 12 weeks consecutively.
“We reduced our allocation in 2007 to concentrate on selling our upmarket product for better profit margins,” said Alan Meadows, Agency Sales Manager. “Advanced sales have exceeded our expectations and the market is so strong at the moment, that we have decided to increase capacity for 2008. As an added bonus we now have extra availability on peak dates such as February half term.”
Half term prices start at £439 for 7nts all inclusive at the 4* Sea Star, Taba or £459 for 7nts half board at the 5* Hyatt Regency, Taba Heights departing on 11 and 18 February from Gatwick. In Sharm, prices start at £459 for 7nts all inclusive at the 4* Sonesta Club or £459 for 7nts bed & breakfast at the 5* Renaissance departing on 21 February from Gatwick.
Longwood have also announced their biggest ever FAM programme for 2008.
Running May to November, the nine 7 night FAM trips will take in the majority of Longwood’s resorts including the Red Sea, Luxor, Jordan and the latest addition of Morocco.
“Our last sets of FAM trips proved to be a massive success and offered agents excellent value for money due to their comprehensive nature and good mix of hotel visits and excursions. We’d like to build on this success with our new programme,” said Meadows. “With our current expanded portfolio of products we’d like to give agents a taste of everything we offer.”
