We have selected local and established companies to work with us in Egypt, Jordan and Morocco. With their
knowledge of the local language, customs and resorts, they will be able to offer genuine advice and help with any concerns that you may have during your stay in Egypt, Jordan or Morocco. Our own local staff are available to assist you in Israel. In addition our own staff are based in our local independent partner’s offices in Taba, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.

Passports & Visa
- Please ensure that you are in possession of a full 10 year British passport
with at least 6 months validity from the date of your return.

Visas (if
required) will be provided FREE on arrival in Israel for UK passport holders. Visas for Egypt and Jordan
are available on arrival (pay locally). Visitors to the Sinai Coast (Taba, Taba Heights, Nuweiba, Dahab & Sharm el Sheikh) do not require a visa unless they plan to leave the Sinai area (for example, if you wish to go on excursions to Cairo or Luxor).
- Holders of non-UK passports should
verify passport and visa requirements which relate to them with the Embassies
of their destination countries.
Refund Policy
Your attention is drawn to our booking conditions which state that no refunds
will be given for unused services, regardless of the information which
you may receive while on holiday.
Emergency Phone Number
In the event of an emergency, or any change in your return flights, we may
need to contact you while you are abroad. If you have not booked accommodation
with us, please provide us with a telephone number where you can
be contacted.
Check in
Passengers are reminded to check in at the times given on your documentation, as otherwise
you may be refused access to flights.
