The Sea Star is situated In Northern Taba, about 12km from the
Taba border and about 5 minutes walking distance from it's
own
private beach (shuttle bus provided).
Located at the top of the Sinai peninsula, Taba makes an ideal destination for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, and is ideally positioned for exploring the major sights of Egypt, Israel and Jordan.
There's plenty to do nearby - including quad biking, camel riding and snorkelling - see all excursions & tours available from Taba Heights. Alternatively, play a round or two at nearby Taba Heights' new 18 hole USPGA golf course.

All meals will be served in the main
restaurant.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with
lunch being a set menu (lunch buffet style from 20 Oct 2008)

Soft drinks and local alcohol available from
the lobby bar (10am-11pm) and the beach
bar (10am until sunset).

Ice cream corner for children at the pool bar once per day (10am-5pm).

Afternoon snacks (4pm-5pm)

Billiards, table tennis, darts and volleyball are
free of charge (subject to availability and
prior booking with the hotel). Tennis during daylight hours also available from 20 Oct 2008.

Free use of the exercise room in the health

Diving Guests
staying at the Sol Y Mar Sea Star have access to the Aqua-sport Taba dive centre, offering
diving courses for learners and qualified divers, diving packages and a range of water-sports. A free shuttle-bus operates from the Sea Star to the Taba Hilton, where Aqua-sport is based.
Snorkelling The Sea Star Taba does not have its own house reef, but clusters of coral are accessible from the hotel's beach (a short distance away from the hotel) and offer snorkelling opportunities. Alternately, guests may choose to visit other snorkelling sites with Aqua-sport Taba. |
