Kibbutz are small village-like communities, run on self-contained commune lines, usually in countryside areas, and are a world-renowned institution of Israeli culture. Kibbutz hotels are full of atmosphere and provide an unusual, friendly alternative to traditional accommodation.

How it Works

First, you book your flexible package and flight. On arrival in Israel, your Avis hire car will be waiting for you at the airport. We recommend you pre-book your first night's accommodation and we issue vouchers valid for all applicable Kibbutz hotels (details below). At each stop-over, the Kibbutz hotel will assist you in booking the next stage of your tour and will offer helpful advice on the route to the next Kibbutz hotel. In peak season, we highly recommend pre-booking all your accommodation and fixing your itinerary in advance. You can stay in a different Kibbutz hotel every night if you wish, and can stay at each for up to four nights.

Hotels

We have selected a range of Kibbutz hotels around the country, each with a special atmosphere all of its own. Clean, modern and bright with the facilities you would expect to find in a medium-size hotel, but with a friendly informality which makes your stay relaxing and pleasant. Many Kibbutz hotels offer both economy and superior standard accommodation.

What's Included

Your Kibbutz fly-drive holiday includes:

• Accommodation vouchers based on a twin room with private facilities, air-conditioning and full Israeli buffet breakfast.
• Group A car hire on unlimited mileage basis and including Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) Insurance. LDW excludes the first $420-$990 of damage, depending on the car group. Full details are available from reservations.
• A travel pack on arrival, which includes a road map and other useful information to ensure that your Kibbutz holiday runs smoothly.
• The services of our representatives in Israel.

Important Information

1. You should book at least the first night's accommodation prior to travel and the remaining accommodation can be arranged from day-to-day with the Kibbutz hotel reception, or also pre-booked prior to departure in the UK. We suggest that you pre-book all of your accommodation to ensure that your itinerary can proceed according to your personal plans.
2. There is a maximum stay of 4 nights in any one hotel.
3. I you plan to travel in peak season or during major festivals (see Israel travel info), we strongly recommend that you pre-book all your Kibbutz hotel accommodation.
5. Please bear in mind that their Kibbutz setting may mean that many Kibbutz hotels do not compare with city-based hotels.
